Changeover days usually Saturdays. Flexible during the off
season ( November to March excluding Christmas and New Year).
A deposit of 50% of the total is required on confirmation
of booking, with the remainder payable eight weeks prior
to the start of the holiday, together with a security deposit
of £150, against damage, painting, repairs or any cleaning
( over and above what would normally be expected) refunded
after departure.
