and modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment (one of
six similar in the building) has impressive marina views
from the patio. The apartment is furnished to a high
standard. The two twin bedded rooms are light with lots
of storage space. |

| A sliding
door leads to the patio which looks over the swimming
pool to the new marina of Portimao. The views at night
are particularly spectacular. |

| The lounge has
comfortable leather sofas, satellite TV and a wood burning
stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob,
washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave
and filter coffee machine. It is all here if you want
to stay in to eat, but you will probably be enticed by
the numerous restaurants and cafes only a short stroll
away. |

Our apartment has a private garden and patio with chairs
and table and a large umbrella. A larger lawned area
is also available for your use.
There is parking at the front of the apartment.
Alto Vista is serviced mid week to allow for a change
of bed linen. Towels are provided. Please bring your
own beach and pool towels.

Thought I would contact you to let you know what a fantastic
holiday we had in Ferragudo. Your appartment was superb, fantastic!
We throughly enjoyed every minute of our time there. Lyn and
Terry were very helpful (Lyn even took me to get a supply of
groceries when we arrived). Ferragudo is a charming village
- a total gem. We loved the local atmosphere, and enjoyed talking
to the locals in and around the town.
